TAR CRM
TAR CRM is a self-hosted customer-relationship platform built on SuiteCRM 8, professionally adapted for the work of real-estate trustees and brokerage firms in the DACH region. It covers contact, property and activity management in a closed data space and avoids the cloud lock-in of the sector's market leaders.
SuiteCRM-based CRM solution for real-estate trustees.
TAR CRM is a classic customer-relationship management system that we have consistently adapted to the particularities of the real-estate business. Instead of a generic sales database, trustees work with modules that map properties, owner relationships, viewing records and commission arrangements. The platform runs on SuiteCRM 8 and remains under the trustee’s own control.
For whom
TAR CRM is aimed at small and medium-sized real-estate trustee firms and brokerage firms in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Especially for firms that do not wish to lodge their client and property data with one of the large US platforms, the self-hosted variant is a deliberate choice.
What it does
- Full SuiteCRM 8 foundation with Symfony and Angular in the front end
- Real-estate-specific modules for properties, owner contracts and marketing activities
- Activity tracking per property and per contact with a complete history
- Data storage with the trustee themselves, without cloud lock-in and without API forwarding to third parties
- Connection to Swiss email providers and telephony solutions instead of US on-board services
Why it exists
In the Swiss real-estate market there is a clear trend towards consolidation around large, mostly US-American CRM providers. For trustees with long-standing client relationships and a grown database, this dependency is not a neutral tool but a strategic risk. TAR CRM is the self-controlled alternative on an open-source foundation.
Status
The system runs productively at several trustee firms in the DACH region. Further development follows the needs of existing clients, not an external roadmap dictate.
