Investments in individual products. Not in the group itself.
Beherzig Group remains one hundred per cent family-owned. At the level of individual products, we speak with family offices and strategic partners who share our view.
Who we are
A Swiss solo founder. Three decades. Twelve active products. André Beherzig has been building digital tools for regulated DACH industries since 1996. No funding rounds, no burn rates, no pivots out of necessity. What we start, we operate – on average for more than ten years.
Most of our products are designed to sustain themselves before we launch the next initiative. This capital discipline is our most important characteristic – and the filter through which we conduct investor conversations.
What we offer
- Minority stakes in individual portfolio products, selected by industry and maturity.
- Quarterly updates on the development of the respective product, factual and without marketing polish.
- Optionally an advisory or board role at product level.
- A long-term holding horizon of at least ten years, often longer.
- Dividends as soon as the product distributes profitably – rather than exit speculation.
- Swiss contract law, Swiss jurisdiction, clear structures.
What we do not offer
This list is deliberately long. It helps you and us to clarify early on whether a conversation makes sense.
- No stakes in Beherzig Group itself – the group remains family-owned.
- No exit paths, no three- to five-year sale plans.
- No classic VC terms such as liquidation preferences or anti-dilution clauses.
- No operational control for investors.
- No specific financial figures (revenue, MRR, EBITDA) before a signed NDA.
- No cap-table details before a concrete conversation.
- No guaranteed IRR targets or hockey-stick promises.
- No acquisitions of other companies financed with investor capital.
Our mindset
Four principles shape how we think about participation. They are not marketing statements but filters for every conversation.
Hold rather than sell.
We build products for the next twenty years, not for the next exit cycle. Anyone who wants to exit in three to five years will not find a suitable model with us.
Equity rather than debt.
We have not taken on venture capital and will not do so. Beherzig Group remains family-owned; every product stake is a separate, self-contained structure.
Vertical rather than horizontal.
We focus on a few industries where trust, regulation, and long-term commitment matter. Each product has a clearly defined audience – no generalist SaaS.
Own infrastructure rather than hyperscalers.
Swiss servers, an open-source stack, full control over data. We cannot be compelled to hand data over to third parties – an argument that carries growing weight in regulated industries.
Who we are looking for
We speak with three profiles, all sharing the same mindset: long-term, discreet, strategic.
Strategic product partners
Industry experts in one of our five verticals – PropTech, LegalTech, FinTech/M&A, InsolvencyTech or AI/Directory. They bring network, customer access, and substance, and want a long-term connection to a specific product. Examples: an experienced fiduciary supporting Trygva at a strategic level, or an M&A adviser joining Mergixa as an advisory board member.
Patient family offices
Swiss and German family offices who understand vertical SaaS and accept holding periods of at least ten to fifteen years. They are familiar with the mindset of a family-owned enterprise and value discretion over rapid returns.
Silent capital providers
Private individuals with available capital who wish to co-finance a Swiss bootstrapped SaaS portfolio. They accept a dividend model rather than an exit logic and do not interfere operationally.
What links all three profiles: patience, strategic contribution beyond pure capital, discretion, and realistic return expectations. We deliver steady cash flow, not hockey-stick curves.
How the process runs
- First contact. You write to us by email with a brief background on yourself and the product that interests you.
- First conversation. Thirty to forty-five minutes by video or at a meeting in Switzerland. We get to know each other, with no obligation for further conversations.
- Deepening under a confidentiality agreement. If both sides wish to continue, we sign an NDA and share product-specific information, including concrete figures.
- Term sheet and contract. Together we develop a lean participation structure, tailored to the product in question. Swiss law, transparent, without legal games.
What you can expect as an investor
- Participation in the product result through dividends, as soon as the product distributes profitably.
- A say at the strategic level of the respective product, but no involvement in day-to-day operations.
- No voting rights at Beherzig Group level – the group remains outside the discussion.
- A long holding period of ten years or more. Anyone who wants to exit sooner is in the wrong place.
- Full discretion. What we discuss stays between us. We work with PGP-encrypted communication where requested.
