Founder Exchange
We have been founders ourselves since 1996. In that time we have learnt a great deal – about building, about difficult phases, about long stretches without visible progress. We share this experience with other founders in the DACH region who think and work in a similar way.
Founder Exchange is an open conversation among peers. No pitch, no acquisition intent, no investment offer. We do not buy companies and we do not invest in other companies. What we offer is time, background, and experience – no more, but no less. We also explicitly do not offer formal paid consultancy.
The format suits you if you build yourself, finance from operations, and retain your shares. If you run a SaaS or digital product in the DACH region and have an interest in an honest exchange. The format: a sixty- to ninety-minute conversation with André Beherzig, occasional follow-up meetings, and on mutual interest, joining a loose founder circle that meets two or three times a year.
What you should bring: a self-built product, the willingness to share your own experiences, and an understanding that this exchange is open-ended. What you receive: a conversation partner who has three decades of solo-founder reality behind him – with all the highs and lows that this entails.
Sales partners
For individual portfolio products we work with sales and industry partners who are at home in their vertical. Fiduciaries who recommend Trygva to their clients. Law firms accompanying construction objections. Insolvency practitioners working preventively with Konkurse Abwenden. M&A advisers who use Mergixa in their mandates.
Sales partnerships are structured in a factual way. Clear terms, fair remuneration, long-term commitment. They suit industry experts who want to integrate a reliable Swiss tool into their advisory work.
Technology partners
We build on open-source systems and actively contribute to their ecosystems – Gitea, n8n, Mautic, SuiteCRM, Nextcloud. With providers at home in these worlds we collaborate selectively, where there is a concrete integration need. The same applies to connections to industry-specific systems such as ImmoScout, Swiss fiduciary software, or interfaces close to the courts.
We do not offer traditional reseller or licence-marketing programmes. Anyone who sees a technical point of connection can write to us directly – we examine factually whether something fits. Where it does, we deliberately keep the cooperation small and concrete: a technical conversation, a lean agreement, a clearly defined integration goal.

What we do not do
For clarity from the outset: these formats do not exist with us.
- No multi-level or affiliate structures.
- No volume bonuses or revenue-driven remuneration jumps.
- No traditional licence-marketing programme.
- No reseller hierarchies with gold, silver, or platinum status.
- No exchange advertising for "strategic partnership" titles.
