The apartment handover and return is one of the most frequent sources of conflict in Swiss tenancy law. Structured digital protocols exist, but are rarely well aligned with Swiss conventions.
Hypothesis
— Property managers want a tool they can use without training — Mobile-first logic is required — handovers take place on site — Per-administration subscription works better than per-protocol billing
