What we are examining
SIMAP publishes new public tenders daily — many of them are relevant to Swiss SMEs but go unnoticed because monitoring happens by hand. Existing tender watchdogs are either expensive or generate so many matches that the relevant ones disappear.
We are testing an agent that filters relevant tenders per SME, prompts in time, and takes over the formal submission preparation in a structured way.
Hypothesis
Three assumptions we are currently examining:
— A well-configured domain filter beats classical full-text keyword setups by a factor of five — SMEs pay for match quality, not for match volume — The structured submission preparation is the real lever, not monitoring alone
What we do not yet know
— How the agent positions itself against CompetitionLine and similar providers in Switzerland — Which industry clusters supply the first productive use case (construction / IT / consulting / care) — Whether the pricing point sits with mid-sized SMEs or with larger mid-market companies
Status
Beta running with a small group of pilot users. Q2 2026 decides whether the pilot scales into an independent product.
